Our family have a total of four of these cute humidifiers. They are very good quality, work very nice, low maintance. After more of two years, the water tank of one of them was broken while I cleaned. I contacted Crane by email and they replied very fast. I am very happy with them. My three children love them and me too. I have tried several different brands and most of them are noisy, have to change filter.... a lot of money, time and the noise during the night would wake up little babies. These are very quiet, very easy maintance. I highly recomend them.

Item did not work despite being brand new. Called Crane and they sent me other parts which did NOT fix the problem. Took two days to get a hold of them, no one answers the phone at their customer service line. After two weeks, multiple phone calls and extra parts being shipped I asked for a refund and I was told they "don't do refunds" and I have to send the product's power cord back and they will send me a new product. Quite frankly I'm not interested in a product that doesn't work, nor did I buy the product anticipating a two to three week issue. We actually needed the humidifier so I had to go out and buy another brand (which works wonderfully). Maybe my product is a fluke but I was utterly unimpressed by the customer service
