I think this product worked well - it has a great smell and seems to calm my little ones. But it doesn't result in many bubbles (unless you use half the bottle) and I think the Johnson & Johnson vapor bath for colds is a much better value.

I use this with my son when he has a cold, put a bit on the tub on runny hot water and you can feel the nose open...
